National Job Services, LLC welcomes conversations with workforce development boards, American Job Centers, public agencies, community partners and businesses interested in preparing job seekers and employees for a changing workplace. Drawing on 40 years of human resources experience, we are interested in helping workforce leaders reach targeted goals for their states and communities.
NJS draws on a foundation of human resources leadership, public workforce service and community insight. This experience includes service on the Los Angeles Workforce Development Board under several mayoral administrations, contributions to employment and broader workforce issues for the City of Los Angeles, and several years of active participation on the board’s official certification committee. Together, these perspectives inform our approach to practical training and workforce development.

National Job Services — Training Catalog Overview
National Job Services seeks to deliver short-term, Zoom-based workforce training in AI tools, HR fundamentals, workplace safety, harassment prevention, digital literacy and career readiness. These programs are being developed with the vision of helping participants build practical skills for immediate job readiness and earn a certificate of completion.
Each planned course will include pre-recorded video modules available 24/7, live virtual review sessions, hands-on assignments and a certificate of completion. Outcomes for workforce program participants will be tracked and reported using measures agreed upon with the participating workforce organization.
