Using the Directory

NJS is an employment-resource directory. The current site does not provide visitor accounts, accept résumé uploads, collect job applications, process payments or run an NJS email-subscription form. Its application code does not include NJS advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts.

Our hosting and email providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses, browser information and service logs, to deliver and protect their services. This notice does not describe their processing as if NJS controls it. Hosting arrangements and features may change; material changes to this notice are reflected on this page.

Email Inquiries

If you email info@nationaljobservices.com, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. We use it to respond to your inquiry and handle related business communications. Please do not send Social Security numbers, banking details, medical records or other sensitive documents through a general inquiry.

We retain correspondence as needed for the inquiry, related business records and applicable obligations. Service providers supporting email may process those messages. NJS does not use a directory inquiry as an automatic mailing-list enrollment.

Searches & External Websites

On-site state and industry selectors operate within the page. External searches, including the temporary-job search, send the entered query and location to the named external provider when you submit them. Clicking an external link opens another organization’s website, which has its own privacy practices, cookies and account requirements.

We do not control employer application systems, embedded platform services or external sites. Review their notices before sharing information. The current NJS site does not operate a personal-data sales or sharing program for targeted advertising.

Website Statistics

NJS uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and to see which pages are used most, which websites refer visitors and the countries visitors come from. Cloudflare states that this tool does not use cookies and does not identify or fingerprint individual visitors. NJS uses these totals to improve the site and to report its reach to partners and funders.

Search NJS runs inside your browser. The words you type in Search NJS are not sent to NJS or to a search company.

Questions & Requests

Contact info@nationaljobservices.com to ask about information you have provided to NJS, request a correction or ask about deletion. We review requests in light of the information we hold and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Please identify the inquiry without sending sensitive identity documents in your initial email.
