Use AI to Improve Your Résumé Without Inventing Experience
Turn your real work into clearer language while keeping every claim accurate.

Begin with your facts
Write a rough description of a responsibility you actually handled. Include the people, tools or records involved and any result you can support. Ask AI to suggest clearer wording using only those facts.
For example, “answered calls and scheduled appointments” can become a specific description of coordinating appointments and responding to customer inquiries. It should not become “managed a department” unless you really did.
Check every line
Compare the draft with your experience. Delete invented numbers, credentials, software skills or supervisory duties. If a result was shared by a team, describe your contribution accurately.
Compare the job announcement with your résumé and identify relevant experience that is missing. Ask for suggestions, not a fictional match. Save the job posting separately and keep an editable master résumé. Before applying, read the entire document aloud and make sure you could explain every statement in an interview.
